• Normal Wear & Tear: Gradual deterioration of washers, O-rings, seals, surface coatings, and other consumable components over time constitutes normal wear and is not covered under warranty.
• Unauthorised Modifications: Any alteration, repair, or modification to the product by a party other than an authorised Citizen Bath service representative will immediately void all warranty claims.
• Misuse or Negligence: Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, or failure to follow installation and maintenance guidelines, voids the warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Citizen Bath's total liability to any customer — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

• No Consequential Damages: Citizen Bath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to renovation costs, wall-breaking or restoration charges, labour or plumber fees, project delays, loss of use, or any other economic loss arising from a product defect, delay in delivery, or return process.

• Force Majeure: Citizen Bath shall not be held responsible for delays, failures, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including floods, fire, strikes, pandemics, government orders, supply chain disruptions, or acts of God.
• Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Citizen Bath, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of misuse of the product, violation of these terms, or the customer's own negligence.

Citizen Bath takes a firm stance against any attempt to misuse its return, refund, or warranty processes. Any claim found to be fraudulent, fabricated, or made in bad faith will be rejected in its entirety and may be subject to legal action.
