Product Care Tips

Proper care significantly extends the life of your Citizen Bath products and ensures your warranty remains valid. These guidelines apply to all product categories.

  • Clean all fittings and fixtures with a soft, damp cloth and mild, non-abrasive liquid soap. Rinse thoroughly and dry after cleaning.
  • Avoid using acidic, bleach-based, or solvent-based cleaning agents as they may damage surface finishes and void the warranty.
  • Ensure water pressure at the installation site complies with recommended levels. Excessively high water pressure can cause premature wear.
  • Periodically inspect fittings for mineral deposits or lime scale buildup and clean promptly to prevent blockages.
  • Do not overtighten fittings during installation as this may cause cracking or seal damage.
  • For PVD-coated products, avoid contact with hard or abrasive materials that may scratch the surface finish.
  • In areas with hard water, consider installing a water softener to prevent mineral deposit accumulation on fixtures.
Regular maintenance not only preserves the aesthetic quality of your Citizen Bath products but also ensures they perform at their best for years to come.
