Shipping Coverage

Citizen Bath ships its products to all serviceable pin codes across India through a network of trusted logistics partners. We are constantly working to expand our reach to ensure every customer can access our products with ease.

  • Citizen Bath currently ships to all major cities and most serviceable pin codes across India.
  • Shipping availability is determined by your delivery pin code and is confirmed at checkout before payment.
  • For remote or difficult-to-access locations, delivery timelines may be extended beyond standard estimates.
  • International shipping is not available at this time. All orders are delivered within India only.
  • Citizen Bath reserves the right to suspend or restrict deliveries to specific locations during natural disasters, civil disruptions, or force majeure events without prior notice.

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are structured to reward prepaid orders and keep delivery costs transparent. The following rates apply at checkout:

No shipping charge on prepaid orders above Rs 999/-

Prepaid Orders Below ₹999 ₹149

Flat shipping charge on smaller prepaid orders

Cash on Delivery Orders ₹199

Additional COD handling charge on all orders

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return or cancellation after dispatch. The applicable charge is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is made.

Payment Options

Citizen Bath offers multiple payment methods to make your purchase as convenient as possible.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all products across India, subject to pin code serviceability.
  • EMI options may be available on eligible orders through select bank cards at checkout.
  • Prepaid payments are encouraged as they qualify for free shipping on orders above Rs 999/- and are processed and dispatched with priority.
  • COD orders carry an additional handling charge of Rs 199/- which will be collected at the time of delivery.
  • Citizen Bath reserves the right to withdraw the COD option for specific pin codes or customers with a history of repeated order refusals or undelivered returns.
  • Citizen Bath is not responsible for any payment failures, transaction errors, or charges imposed by third-party payment gateways.
Choosing a prepaid payment method not only saves the COD surcharge but also ensures your order is processed and dispatched with priority handling.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided on the shipping page at checkout. These are indicative estimates and may vary based on your location, logistics availability, and other factors.

  • Metro Cities — Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities — Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days.
  • Remote & Rural Areas — Delivery may take 7–12 business days depending on logistics availability.
  • Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Processing and dispatch typically takes 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working business day.
  • During peak seasons, sale events, or high-demand periods, delivery timelines may be extended. Citizen Bath will communicate such delays wherever possible.
  • Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are provided in good faith based on courier partner data and are not a guaranteed commitment by Citizen Bath.

Important: Citizen Bath is not responsible for delivery delays caused by logistics partners, postal authorities, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery concern promptly.

Order Tracking

We believe in keeping you informed at every step of your order's journey. Here is how tracking works once your order is dispatched:

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipment tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.
  • An SMS notification will also be sent to your registered mobile number at the time of dispatch.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier partner's system after dispatch.
  • You can track your order directly through the courier partner's website or app using the tracking ID provided in your dispatch email.
  • If your tracking link is inactive after 24 hours of receiving dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@citizenbath.com.
  • Citizen Bath is not responsible for tracking information that is inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete due to courier system limitations.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, certain circumstances may cause delays. Citizen Bath will make every reasonable effort to assist in such cases.

  • Delays caused by logistics partners, courier companies, or postal authorities are outside Citizen Bath's direct control. We will assist in tracking and escalating unresolved cases.
  • Delivery during public holidays, regional festivals, or government-declared holidays may be delayed. Estimated timelines do not account for such non-working days.
  • In the event of natural disasters, floods, strikes, or other force majeure events, Citizen Bath is not liable for shipping delays or failures.
  • If an order is delayed beyond 15 business days from the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@citizenbath.com so we can initiate an investigation with our logistics partner.
  • Citizen Bath reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe due to logistics constraints beyond our control.
  • Re-delivery attempts by courier partners are typically limited to 3 attempts. Failure to receive the package after 3 attempts may result in the order being returned to our warehouse.
In the event of a significant delay, we will proactively notify you via email or phone and work with you toward the best possible resolution.

Undelivered & Returned Orders

If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, the following terms apply to protect both the customer and Citizen Bath.

  • If you receive a delivery confirmation but have not physically received your order, contact us within 24 hours at support@citizenbath.com. Claims raised after 24 hours may be difficult to verify.
  • Orders returned to our warehouse due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer will incur re-shipping charges before re-dispatch.
  • Orders returned due to non-availability or repeated failed delivery attempts will be held at our warehouse for up to 7 days. We will contact you during this period to arrange re-delivery.
  • If re-delivery cannot be arranged within 7 days of the order returning to our warehouse, Citizen Bath reserves the right to cancel the order. Refunds in such cases will exclude original shipping charges.
  • COD orders refused at delivery without valid reason may result in the suspension of the COD facility for that customer on all future orders.
  • Citizen Bath is not liable for losses arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses submitted by the customer at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate before placing your order. Errors in address details may result in failed delivery and additional re-shipping charges that will be borne by the customer.

Liability & Disclaimer

Citizen Bath takes every precaution to ensure your order is dispatched securely and on time. However, our liability with respect to shipping and delivery is limited as follows:

  • Citizen Bath's liability for any shipping-related issue is strictly limited to the value of the product ordered. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect losses arising from delivery delays or failures.
  • Once an order is dispatched and a tracking number is issued, Citizen Bath is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs while the package is in transit with the courier partner.
  • In the event of transit damage, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as evidence.
  • Citizen Bath reserves the right to modify shipping rates, delivery timelines, logistics partners, and shipping terms at any time without prior notice.
  • The version of this Shipping & Delivery Policy published on our website at any given time shall be the applicable and binding version.
  • By placing an order on the Citizen Bath website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Shipping & Delivery Policy in full.
